过于快乐也是病
躁狂症主要表现为轻松愉快，自我感觉良好，觉得周围的一切都非常美好，感到其生活绚丽多彩，自己也无比幸福和快乐。然而，情绪却很不稳定，易激怒，常以敌意或暴怒对待别人的干涉和反对，情绪持续时间短。
２３岁的玛莉特是个漂亮的女孩，她每天都很快乐，热情，好动。只是和玛莉特接触久了的同事与朋友都会发觉她并非一般的热情，好动，而且常常表现得很离谱。。。。
记得那次公司举办的旅行，玛莉特和几位同事一组，一起爬那座山。从出发开始，到山上，玛莉特一直没有停止说话，说不清为了什么，玛莉特只觉得一直说话很愉快，但始终围绕只一个话题。就是出发前一个公司同事偶然说起的一个笑话。玛莉特说了一遍又一遍，同事们用奇怪的眼神看她，她依然我行我素。
在山上，玛莉特还是一直不停地说着，她的表情很兴奋，甚至对着蓝天喊了一声：＂啊！多么湛蓝的天空呀！＂离她不远的地方也有几个一起爬山的同事，都转过身来看她，其中有一个同事就说了一句＂神经病＂。心情突然变坏的玛莉特跑过去，指着他们几个，＂你们说谁呢？你们才有病。＂并拿起手上的饮料向他们砸去。一位同事赶快走过去把她拉开了。从好心情到坏心情，那种突然转变的落差，让玛莉特觉得很难受，她低下头来，没有再说话。
那一整天的时间，玛莉特都沉浸在一种莫名的抑郁之中，同事们说的笑话，玛莉特也提不起兴趣来。
玛莉特总是这样，将兴奋与沉默表现到某种极限，别人开玩笑说她不是爆发，就是死亡。而且，在她沉默的时候对任何人都是一副冷冷的面孔。
玛莉特可以为一件小事兴奋半天的时间，不时地将话题延伸到事情以外的地方或与此相关的经典事情上，说得没完没了，滔滔不绝，但在别人听来都觉得是一些很肤浅又很无聊的东西。而且，她在很多时候，会为了一句话或是一个不起眼的小细节而发火，那种火气，象是积了多天的怨恨一样大，所以，身边的人们对她都是小心翼翼的，暗地里对自己说，＂这样的女孩子，还是小心为妙。＂
当然，玛莉特从来不觉得自己有病，反而觉得这样挺快乐的，可是别人为什么总是在背后说她有病，难道自己真的有病了吗？我表现自己的快乐，难道这样也错了吗？
玛莉特的这种症状在临床上被称之为躁狂症，躁狂症最主要表现为＂三高＂的症状：
一是情绪高：患者会持续地兴奋，高兴，心情洋溢着节日般的色彩，世界在他眼中格外美好，简直没有什么事情可以让他不高兴。
第二是言语＂高＂：患者口若悬河，夸夸其谈，通常他们会不厌其烦地大肆吹嘘炫耀自己，例如说自己多么有钱，事业飞黄腾达，有多少人追求，办任何事都难不倒自己等，即使别人不理他也不影响他的热情。
第三是动作＂高＂：患者往往精力充沛，不知疲乏，每天只睡两三个小时，白天都毫无倦意，性需要和行为增多，或者突然不停地逛街，乱花钱，买一大堆没用的东西送给别人。但是做任何事情都没有长久性，给人浮躁，不踏实的感觉.
在与躁狂症病人接触，交谈时，态度要和蔼，亲切，耐心；对话多的病人，不要试图说服他，避免和他过多的交谈或争论，更不能因病人有夸大言语而讽刺，嘲笑他。病人话特别多时，可采用引导，转移注意力的方法，如提醒他时间不早了，该休息或吃饭了，还有其他工作改天再谈等等，这些都是病人能够接受的。

Plug & Play
This PLUG + PLAY wireless speaker system came about during a ten week industrial design bachelor degree project whereby research was conducted to better identify the needs of the user. Designer Per Brickstad worked in collaboration with Swedish speaker company Audio Pro to develop these unique transparent speakers that can play music from cell phones, computers and mp3 players. In its early design phase, audio files were sent from each device by small plug elements.
Discussed on Yanko Design, the only problem with this plug and play method was its inability to be comprehensive on the whole. So the designers tweaked the prototype to create a system of speakers with bluetooth receiver, and plugs with bluetooth sender. The existing plug goes into the side of the speaker for charging, and the speaker has a transparent LCD-display in the glass which shows the music equalizer and provides song title, etc.
